Splunk Add-on builder with Shell Script

I am trying to build a custom add-on in Splunk using "Splunk Add-on builder" using Shell Script input configuration. The POST cURL request from Splunk errors out. The same cURL is successful from CLI. 

Please help.

Intention is to trigger a POST api from splunk on user's click.
