Try downloading the app to your computer and use "upload app" instead. If thst doesn't work check that the file is ok unzipping it and check it's content.
Otherwise just copy it over in the filesystem (Don't forget to keep your old settings!)

Thanks for the reply, and yes I ultimately downloaded the latest version of the TA and did an manual install as an upgrade. It seems to be working fine now with Kingston
