Splunk 6 with Cisco ASA

Hi all,

I want to install Splunk 6 apps for Cisco ASA...where i can download this apps?
So far i found it at this link: https://apps.splunk.com/app/1099/
I already try to download this apps, but it's not working well for splunk 6...

please help me for this issue, i highly appreciate your help...

Splunk currently maintains the Cisco ASA TA located at : https://apps.splunk.com/app/1620/. This means they will also support this app if you have troubles with it.

The Cisco security suite is also made by Splunk; https://apps.splunk.com/app/525/. But support of the app is either through the forumns, direct contact with the Author, or through a PS engagement.

What are you trying to do, or what problems are you having?

This app will not be updated. It was created by a colleague of mine a while ago and it was the first ASA app for Splunk. The same functionality can now be found in the Splunk Supported Cisco ASA Add-On and Cisco Security Suite. These two apps replace the old ones:

Hi fxyokosh,

release notes of this app shows Splunk 5.0 as latest supported Version.
Either wait for a new release of this app or ask the creator directly for support.

Thanks for your response...actually i post it here with hope that anyone including the creator will help me solve the issue, because "waiting for a new release of this app" without any information when..its like waiting forever...just if i can tag the creator for this question 😄
