Error Invoking Commandlet Invoke-Sqlcmd

Hi, I have a simple script calling "Invoke-Sqlcmd" commandlet and I get the following error. 

Mixed mode assembly is built against version 'v2.0.50727' of the runtime and cannot be loaded in the 4.0 runtime without additional configuration information.

Any suggestions?

that sounds like you might be using powershell2 instead of powershell? http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/AddOns/latest/MSPowerShell/Configuration
