Dear Splunkers,

I would like to ask your feedback on following issues with the Service Now add-on app.
The problem is that I´m not able display settings for the Add-on where I need to select different Service now accounts configured succefully.

What it should look like is following (taken from different project):

This is where I can choose my preferred account and configure details. 

Can you suggest what could be the reason not to see these settings with my admin user role account ?

@Stives Have you gone through this troubleshooting service now add-on document? https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/AddOns/released/ServiceNow/Troubleshooting
