Only headers being indexed

Hi,
I have the ftp pull addon setup and I'm getting data from the ftp server, however with each pull I only get one event, and its always the headers.
I've double checked and there is actually data in the csv, it just isn't being brought back/indexed for some reason. Maybe I missed something in the setup.
