Ms Sql & Oracle Database Monitor

Hi,
I am using splunk for my 10 windows and 5 Linux servers, it's working fine for me. Now i want to monitor Micorsoft sql & Oracle database e.g.- Audit of database,Users activity,running query status, database status, table status etc.
I just want to know there is any application, which i can use to monitor my databases in splunk and Which can fulfil my requirements. How to install that application on Splunk?

Oracle is a database management system. all the queries are related to SQL are adding the values of a database and fetching them whenever needed.

I have installed DB connect & configured accordingly.
Moving ahead, I would looking for below types of activity splunk should detect.
o Failed login
o Create/ Modify in Database
o Create/Modify/Delete table in a database
o Change in Schemas

for sure you can download it, but you have to get in contact with the app author, because the app is not for free
