MS Exchange App showing no data

I have installed the MS Exchange app and configured all of my conf files. I am receiving data from the forwarders into the msexchange iondex.conf to point to where my indexes are. I can search the index from the search app with no problem however when I rum the Exchange app I do not see any data. Ant Ideas.

It's probably because you did not re-generate the lookups required by the app, so you will have to wait for them to generate themselves, or run them manually.
