Hello,

For some reason, Lookup File Editor doesn't work on some occasions.
I managed to upload a lookup file by manually uploading it on the Settings > Lookups > Lookup table files > New

Thanks,

Can you let us know the steps you tried?

  1. Open Lookup Editor
  2. Select "Create New Lookup" and select CSV lookup from the drop down
  3. Enter the CSV Name and choose the appropriate App Context
  4. Enter your CSV data and hit save.

If that doesn't work can you get us the version of Splunk that you're on along with the App Version?

My splunk version is 6.1.1, App version is 2.3.1

My step is following

  1. Open Lookup Editor
  2. Select "Create a New Lookup"
  3. Select "Import" and select file to import
  4. Choose "Search & Reporting" in App column
  5. Select "Save Lookup"

Then it show
"This lookup file could not be found"
