Issue with Splunk for Hyper-V

I tried installing technology add on of Splunk for Hyper-V on one of the VM with Splunk Universal Forwarder installed over it.

I am getting an error over my main Splunk App Window.

received event for unconfigured/disabled/deleted index='servervirt' with source='source::hypervisor:hyperv:powershell:getvmdetail.ps1' host='host::hostname' sourcetype='sourcetype::hypervisor:hyperv:vm' (1 missing total)

My main splunk is displaying universal forwarder installed on VM, but not displaying Splunk App for Hyper-V.

Need response ASAP.

Did you install the Splunk App for Server Virtualization http://splunk-base.splunk.com/apps/63700/splunk-app-for-server-virtualization

This app creates the index needed for the Technology Addon for Hyper-V
