Installation guide for GitLab Add-On on Distributed Enivironment

I'm trying to install the Gitlab Add-on on my distributed system with search head and indexer clustering.
Where all does the Gitlab addon needs to be installed at?

PS: I installed the app on the sh cluster but the Gitlab addon UI keeps on loading only. I'm not able to install configure the app with the Gitlab token
