Hello, im using ITE work in a lab environment im running version 4210, but im stuck in the loading page. This is my first time using ITE work.
Do you have the license for IT service intelligence,. ITSI is considered as the premium app for Splunk and without license you wont be able to use. Try to check with your account manager and Splunk account manager so they can convert you enterprise license to entity license, where you have right to access.
Also If you have ES installed in the search head where you have installed ITSI, it wont work. ES will require dedicated search head to use and ITSI too required dedicated search head to run. Both the premium app cant be run on a single search head.

@shashankD - I believe the question from @Carlsson is specific to ITE Work, not the license ITSI. ITE Work is free and I believe the Entity Overview should be visible in ITE Work without an ITSI License (See https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-it-service-intelligence/splunk-it-essentials-work/discover-and-int...)
Therefore the page should load for @Carlsson and is not because of a lack of ITSI license.
As stated, "ITE Work can't be installed on the same search head as Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) or Splunk Enterprise Security". (See docs) - Do you have ES installed on the same SH?

@livehybrid I have unistalled ES, then it still did not work. However i got it to work by swtiching from Edge to chrome.

If you open the dev console in your browser, are there any errors on the console tab?
Also, are there any failed requests in the Network tab?
