IO Error Splunk Db Connect

Hi Guys.

I need help with Splunk Db Connect error.

I configured the splunk db connect with the following parameters.

The firewall rule is enabled, telnet port 1521 is working, ping is working, I've configured the Drivers and JAVA_HOME correctly (no error shows) BUT when I tried to establish connection, the following error appear for me.

I don't have any idea whats going on.

Anyone could clarify for me?

The best way to check an oracle connection is to use sql*plus and actually connect. from the splunk host. IO Socket does indicate a network issue BUT it could be something else.
