How to get the garbage values to display the actual values for fields assigned_to assignment_user_username in SNOW add-on?

I installed the Splunk add-on for Service Now and able to receive data.
However, I getting some values in hexadecimal format.
How to get them in correct format?

To fix the display value add following to you conf at /opt/splunk/etc/apps/Splunk_TA_snow/local/service_now.conf

[snow_default]
display_value=true OR all

[ehaddad_splunk]

are you talking about the ids?

• If you want to enrich the id with actual namess, check out section "Collect display values directly from the API" http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/AddOns/released/ServiceNow/Troubleshooting
• if you you are getting values that are not expected, try to access the data manually outside of Splunk to confirm that it is not a splunk issue. for that check out the "missing data" (same steps apply here) of http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/AddOns/released/ServiceNow/Troubleshooting
