How to find license usage details when limits exceeded?

We're currently unable to perform any searches as we're getting the below error:

Your Splunk license expired or you have exceeded your license limit too many times.

Whenever I try to view the license reports or usage pages I'm unable to get any data due to the license violation. How can I determine where my usage problem is if I can't view any of that info to determine what suddenly changed to make me exceed my limit?

Found if I go to Activity --> System Activity --> License Usage I'm able to get some helpful info. Not sure why the default usage report is broken under the URI:/en-US/app/splunk_license_usage/splunk_license_usage. The URI that does give some info is /en-US/manager/search/licenseusage.
