How to enable Splunk App for AWS with Detailed billing report with resources and tags?

We have added the Splunk Add-on for AWS and Splunk App for AWS. We have also configured them with AWS account details and we can see some data related to billing, however, it seems its not fetching the Detailed billing report with resources and tags. We want to see the report with tag based trending. Can you please tell us how to do this? Detailed billing reports are available in AWS S3.

Detailed billing report with tags and resources running by end of the month. Its started working fine as per the Splunk document.

This is an out of the box option, I suspect you just need to enable a different billing input.
