How to down load an app from splunk base

Hi - I can not down down load app from Splunk base from server. 

Could you please let me know how to down load app on to my laptop from Splunk base . One I down load I want to move it to search head server(not accessible from outside) and install on it

Once you locate the app you want on splunkbase, there should be a button on the right side of the page that says "Login to download".  Click that button to sign in to Splunk.com.  You should be returned to the same page where the button will change to "Download".  Click it again to download the app to your laptop.

When the app is downloaded, sign in to your search head and go to the Manage Apps screen.  Click the "Install app from file" button in the top-right corner.  Click the "Choose file" button, select the downloaded app, and then click Upload.  The app will be installed.
