How to access remote mongodb instance using hunk?

Hi,

Hunk works fine with mongodb installed locally, But I am unable to access mongodb data remotely. I have installed hunk app for mongodb and in "local-mongodb" provider given the following setting:
vix.mongodb.host = :27017

Is there any additional setting that has to be given to access remote mongodb instance on hunk? Should the HDFS path be change from "/var/lib/mongodb"? Please help..
