How do I get Splunk on Splunk to display CPU/Memory Usage?

I am trying to diagnose issues with my Splunk installation where it runs out of virtual memory every night. To help with this, I installed Splunk on Splunk, as well as its two dependencies: Sideview Utils and Splunk on Splunk Add On for Windows.

After installing these, I still cannot see any memory usage metrics.

Is there a missing step?
