I am facing the same error in Splunk CIM app. "Eventtype '' does not exist or is disabled." This event is not disabled, and it even have global permission.

Whereas, if I use 'Search & Reporting' app, I can see that event.

AFAIK, that can be translated to "missing this type of event on logs"

So probably the logs sent by the ASA aren't sending anything related to that field or no events of that type where generated (ie: a url-event will probably only show up if there is a url filter setup)

So check the ASA log config and of course, if that you are really using the feature that splunk is complaining

Did you miss .conf21 Virtual?

Good news! The event's keynotes and many of its breakout sessions are now available online, and still totally FREE!
