How do I Send Event Log to ServiceNow Event Listener?

Hi,
I am collecting session data into Splunk using HTTP event listener. I want to send this data to ServiceNow event listener. Please suggest how can I achieve this. Please note that I am not interested in sending email to ServiceNow, as this will clog their mail box.
