How can AWS Add-On work without ListBuckets?

Hi Team,

We need to integrate Splunk with our clients' AWS account's S3 bucket. However, it's a concern for the client to open ListBuckets permission to us. Is it possible for AWS Add-On to work without ListBuckets permission?
