Is there any way to monitor apache hadoop using this app .

Absolutely -- in fact, the app was developed against the stable, released versions of the Apache Hadoop distribution, starting from 0.20.2 and including the current 1.0x branch. All commercial distributions are underpinned (at least in part) by these stable releases. The install instructions for specific vendors revolve around navigating the way each has packaged and installed Apache Hadoop's core components.
