Getting access_token error after configuring inputs for both sign-ins and audit inputs.

Hi,
I'm running into the following error message after configuring one of the inputs.
Please help.

ERROR pid=4895 tid=MainThread file=base_modinput.py:log_error:307 | Get error when collecting events.
