Get Dynatrace managed data into Splunk through Dynatrace Add-on

Hi, I want to get Dynatrace managed data into Splunk . I have a working Dynatrace managed API Url with api token id.
I installed the Dynatrace add-on into Splunk and created a new input with "Dynatrace Problem" type.
But , I am unable to see any data in and when checked logs , I found below error :
ERROR ExecProcessor - message from "python /app/splunk/etc/apps/Splunk_TA_Dynatrace/bin/dynatrace_problem.py" File "/app/splunk/etc/apps/Splunk_TA_Dynatrace/bin/input_module_dynatrace_problem.py", line 69, in collect_events

Please let me know if I need to add anything into the confeguration section of the app.
What could be the best option to get the data in as I am unable to understand the root cause of this. ,

Hi, do you already have a solution for this problem ? We have the same issue here with Dynatrace Managed and Splunk enterprise.
