The two files it is looking for, mapTable.csv and deviceTable.csv, are not there. Also, it seems like the app never finishes installing. This is my first attemp at using this and could really use some help.
1.I am the admin and installed the app as such.
2.I can ping the IM server
3.I can launce the IM web from the splunk server
4.I do log in automatically.
Is there something else that needs to be installed in Splunk for this to work?
Please verify the followings:
1. Make sure you are an administrator to install IM app.
2. Make sure you can ping IM server from Splunk server.
3. On your Splunk server, can you launch IM web: http://
4. When you access IM web, you should be logged automatically. If not, please step 2 for configuration.
