Email Setting in SSL hanshake

Dear All,
I am facing the same issue after done the email server setting. After setting the alert I am not able to trigger it.

My mail server is running on SSL version:

index=_internal source=*python.log

2020-06-15 15:48:01,409 +0000 ERROR sendemail:475 - [Errno -2] Name or service not known while sending mail to: [email protected]

Pls advice and how to fix this issue.
