I'm not aware of any such add-on; I couldn't find one on Splunkbase or by searching the web. Are you referring to this blog posting? That's really about exporting Splunk data and using outputcsv to deliver a format you can import into your BI suite. Pretty much the opposite of what you asked about, but it's the only mention of "SplunkTL" that I can find.
