I would like to perform the Data Source Check, but when I click the Start Searches button, nothing happens. Is this a known issue?
Looking at Console in Chrome's Developer Tools, I found an warning related to mixed content (i.e. HTTP and HTTPS) that stopped Chrome from loading the object. With David's guidance, I determined this issue was a result of offloading SSL onto our load-balancer. We terminate SSL on the load-balancer while the search heads in the cluster run HTTP. I had to adjust a parameter on the load-balancer to automatically re-write HTTP 302 responses to HTTPS.
Thanks for the help David!

Hello! Apologies for the issues that you've been seeing! I somehow didn't get email notifications for this question. We just released an overhaul of SSE -- version 2.0. Would you mind upgrading to the latest, and see if it works for you? If not, I can reach out offline and we can figure out what's going on.
Sorry again for the delay!
I upgraded to v2.0.0 on ES 7.0.2 last night and the Start Searches button still doesn't work.
Thanks for the update! I just followed up offline to see what's going on, in your system.
It seems like this question was posted a while ago. It this app supported?
It was built by Splunk so it should be supported. I never bothered to open a case about it.
I get the same issue.
