Data Migration from Splunk To SQL Azure by using App DB Connect ?

Hi ,
I want to send the Data from Splunk to Azure by using DB connect .I am new to this app please help me to create connection between splunk to SQL Azure and tell me which Driver need to install.

Please suggest me some steps.
