DUO Input Configuration Credential errors

We are trying to configure DUO Connector in Splunk,  but we are getting " error credentials" and DUO documentation does not have a  lot information

anyone got duo working in Splunk?

It's pretty simple you will also require a Duo Splunk connector. https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3504/#/details

Also, you can check the Splunk internal log for troubleshooting.  Please make sure you are using the right credentials and check case sensitivity as well.
