Could you pls provide more details:

1) Splunk OnPrim or Splunk Cloud

2) was this working fine previously

3) any recent changes, upgrades to the DBConnect or the Splunk itself

Add also version information for splunk, dbx, jdbc drivers, OS with version, source mongodb version etc.
