DB Connect + SQL Server Add-on + Azure SQL

Which SQL Server JDBC Driver should I use for Azure SQL?
My client would like to use the DB Connect to pull mssql:audit logs from Azure SQL, that we're guessing would work by using the Splunk Add-on for Microsoft SQL Server with DB Connect v3 replacing the PATH of the mssql:audit template with the Azure Storage BLOB.

Has anyone had luck with this?
