Custom app issue

Hey there guys, running into an issue that causing Splunkweb to not start on our deployment server. Here's the output of the last log file. Anyone know what the potential issue is by chance?

I wonder if Splunk doesn't like the comment after the value. Try putting the comment on a different line.
