Commvault app cant add commcell

Hi all.

I have added the commvault app.
Our commvault is running on https port 443
I have created the network opening, and from splunk server i can NC to the commvault url on port 443.
I have created a user in commvault called Splunk, and tested that the user can log in.

When trying to add the commcell to the app i get the error "commcell addition failed, please try again"
Looking at the logs dont give me much more:

Looking through failed logins on commvault doesnt show failed attempts from the splunk server, but i can see in the network logs that the traffic reaches the commvault server.

So... what am i doing wrong here?

Hi @michaelnorup 

Its odd that you can see the connection at a network level to commvault but no failed login... 
Are you able to recreate a CURL request using the access credentials to commvault to check the connection works properly and validate that you see your manual connection in commvault logs?

When trying to curl from the splunk server we get 403 forbidden. Still dont see the attempt in commvault audit trail though
