Calendar Heat Map - Custom Visualization: How do I resolve error "Failed to load source for Timeline visualization"?

Hi, We are on 6.4.4. Getting "Failed to load source for Calendar Heat Map visualization." when I click on the "Calendar Heat Map visualization"(tried all these versions 1.0/1.1/1.2) app? please help.Would really appreciate the response.

@duraji, we had used Calendar Heat Map with Chrome on 6.4 and it worked for us. So you might still try to some more playing around with your browser (since the same worked on IE, it will not be custom visualization access/permission issue). Have you tried clearing Chrome browser history after bumping Splunk?

Yes After clearing the cache and restarting the browser it worked fine.Thanks for the response.

For 6.4.4 I think only 1.0 will work. Please confirm whether you are having issue with Calendar Heat Map or Timeline visualization as your description is misleading. Please verify the permissions that it has proper access and is accessible by All Apps.

Thanks for the response and Sorry , I am having issues with CalendarHeatmap and not Timeline visualization .Yes I am using calendar heatmap 1.0 version.I found out that CalendarHeatmap works fine in InternetExplorer but not in Chrome Browser.
