The Webex Alert Action Splunkbase app allows you to send events to search results to a Webex room - The screenshots and description in the app (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/8358) gives you an overview of how to achieve this. You shouldnt have any issues adding this in to your adaptive response workflow.
