Analytics Workspace app JSON error

Hi, on a fresh install, when I run the Analytics Workspace app it gives me errors like this one in the metrics area:
Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

Hi. Could you please clarify which versions of Enterprise and Analytics Workspace app you are using? Also, by "on a fresh install", do you mean the fresh install of Enterprise or Analytics Workspace app? Thanks
