Amazon AWS SQS Monitoring: Receiving error message while trying to access Custom application logs in S3 via SQS

Getting "Could not connect to the endpoint URL: https://sts.amazonaws.com/ error" while trying to access Custom application logs in S3 via SQS.

We have configured ******-SQSBasedS3Connector-{env} using AWS Input configurations.
IAM role for Splunk has access to required s3 buckets and SQS permissions are set for allowing and exclusive deny (based on ARN)

Any thoughts on where all we need to look in order to get it fixed.

Hi,
Do you have any proxies setup on that instance? If not, does it have outbound port 443 access?
