Clicked on Splunk Add-on Builder App Opens blank page , And in the Messages showing "After installing Splunk Add-on Builder, why do I receive error "Unable to initialize modular input "validation_mi"

Splunk version 7.2.5

Splink Add-on Builder app version 2.2.0

Installed the latest version 3.0.1 seeing the same message as above

It will be helpful if someone provide the solution
