Adding dependencies to an app for Splunkbase

Hello community of Splunk,

I am currently developing an app in Splunk 7.0 and trying to adapt it to 8.0, in local I use the dependencies of Horseshoe meter & Bullet graph and I would like to add these visualizations to the same app I am developing  for Splunkbase.

Is there any possibility of adding these dependencies directly to my app package so it can be uploaded to Splunkbase? Or does the user need to download the dependencies in advance in order to view the visualizations?

Thanks in advance

I believe you cannot include someone else's app in your package. However, you can make it a dependency in your app.manifest file. See https://dev.splunk.com/enterprise/docs/releaseapps/packagingtoolkit/pkgtoolkitref/pkgtoolkitapp/ . Admins will still need to download the dependencies separately, however.
