About Apps-specific localization

I localized the app, but the labels on the dashboard are still in English.

splunk extract i18n -app
Run

Created and stored MO file with PO editor.And restarted.
etc/apps/myapp/locale/ja_JP/LC_MESSAGES/

Am I doing something wrong?

Confirmed that the folder and file permissions are the same.

After restarting the AWS instance, it was reflected. The cause is unknown.
