AWS Instance Cost based on Tag / Account

I'm being asked to Generate a Dashboard with the Aws Splunk addon with a focus on Cost. I cant seem to find a way to grab each Instance in a Accounts Cost. The next step would be to also grab All of the instances in our accounts based on a instance Tag and calculate the sum.

In 'Splunk App for AWS' app, under 'Billing->Historical Monthly Bills' menu item you can enter tags value in 'Tags' text box.

Syntax: tag_name=tag_value
Eg: Application=Splunk
