500 Error in Configuration and Inputs tab with Splunk Add-on for Salesforce Streaming API

Hi, I am getting Axios 500 errors after installing the Salesforce Streaming API add-on app on my Splunk Cloud Trial (Classic). I can't configure the Inputs or Configuration tabs at all. I have a feeling that this add-on isn't properly supported in the Trial Cloud instances. Has anyone had any luck getting this to work on Cloud Classic? Am I missing an additional configuration or app that I need to install to get this to work? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.: I was able to get the Salesforce add-on to install, configure, and connect to my Sandbox just fine. It is this streaming api add-on that seems to be an issue.

I wonder if app is compatible to Python v3.9 or not as in Splunk enterprise 9.3 its hardcore to python v3.9, its also not splunk supported app. are you seeing any python related errors coming from this app ?

@ozziegurkan What is version of your Splunk Cloud ? Do you see any ERRORs in Web Monitoring console ?

its not Splunk Cloud, but Splunk enterprise 9.3

Hey , are you seeing any ERRORs in Splunkd for this App and Python ? i really think this is python computability issue as Splunk enterprise v9.3 supports app with Python v3.9 only.

Did you ever get a answer as some of the apps. i was able to install the app but once i log into splunk and try to bring up the app i get that same error message. I even chown and chmod my /opt/splunk directories and get this on my Splunk Addon for AWS
