I just downloaded with no problems. Try the usual web fixes: clear cache and cookies, try a different browser, or use incognito mode. You might also try copying the wget link into your CLI.

Was attempting to access these downloads from my company system. Turns out Cross-Origin Resource Sharing is disabled by company policy. Will download these from home. Something to keep in mind when accessing from corporate sites.
