Need to download the latest Splunk Windows and Linux forwarders in response to critical findings in our most recent scan. Getting a 500 error when accessing this site ==> https://www.splunk.com/en_us/download/universal-forwarder.html

Any ideas why?

I just downloaded with no problems. Try the usual web fixes: clear cache and cookies, try a different browser, or use incognito mode. You might also try copying the wget link into your CLI.
