You have asked this question a number of times - please explain how the answers previously given are insufficient and perhaps rephrase the question to make it clearer as to what you are struggling with
Precisely my point - @bowesmana has answered your question giving you a search which you have shown is returning a result when there are more than 2% of the responses greater than 10 seconds - is it simply that you don't know how to set up an alert?
