Could you please help me to know how to change the mode of alerts from "private" mode to "app" mode?

Hi @lladi ,

if you are an admin, you should be able to see it.

Then you can go in the Alerts dashboard, select the alert and then change the permissions.

If you don't see the alert, try to go in the app where it's located.
