How to set a cron schedule for an alert to run every 15 minutes, but only weekdays between 7am and 5pm?

I have an alert to run every 15 minutes, but only weekdays between 7 and 5. Is there a way to do that with the cron syntax? This is what I'm using currently using for that alert.

01,16,31,46 * * * *

Try 1,16,31,46 7-17 * * 1-5.
