Error with office365 mail server

Hello, since almost 1 year we've sending alerts through an business email in office365. But since the last week this messages cannot be send because of following error:

 

5.2.0 STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Cannot submit message.

 

We tried with others emails and it works correctly, but with the office365 email not. Is there any limitation between Splunk and the office365 SMTP? What could probably be the problem here?

Any thoughts?
